What are resistance bands?

Fabric resistance bands are bands that act as tension - up to 23kg of it! They act the same as pushing or pulling weights without having to lift anything. You strengthen & build your muscles when pushing or pulling on a resistance band during a workout, since your muscles are engaged in order to go against that resistance.

Why are these fabric resistance bands better than the regular rubber resistance bands?

Unlike the rubber ones, these don't pinch your skin or ride up your legs! TAKT bands are also vegan & washable to easily reuse.

How can resistance bands help me reach my fitness goals?

These will allow you to target & isolate the exact muscles you're trying to grow. You can do over 100 workouts with just these bands! They’re also perfect for warming up the exact muscles you’re targeting so that if you want to do weighted exercises afterwards, your other muscles don’t take over.

What are the band types?

We have short bands of light, medium or heavy resistance & long bands of light or heavy resistance. They’re all lightweight, portable and durable to last through intense workouts.

How heavy is each resistance on the bands?

The light bands are 7-12kg resistance, the medium bands are 12-16kg resistance and the heavy bands are 18-23kg resistance.

What can I use the short bands for?

Your glutes will never burn like they do with these bands. You can do a full leg day workout with just one band - and target the exact muscles you want to strengthen.

What can I use the long bands for?

Using long bands is the perfect way to sculpt your upper or lower body while stretching it out. They’re designed for home workouts, added tension at the gym, Pilates, and rehabilitation. Add them into your shoulder & back exercises or even use them for glute kick backs - these are especially handy if you don’t have access to a glute kick back machine.

What are these resistance bands made of?

Our fabric resistance bands are made of 55% latex 20% polyester 25% cotton.

How can I clean my resistance band?

We recommend that you hand wash or use a damp cloth to clean your band so that it does not affect the strength of resistance. Do not put your bands in a washing machine.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Can I exchange or return my bands?

We cannot exchange or refund any physical products once used due to hygiene reasons. However, if your band is not used, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.

How long will the return or exchange process take?

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
Any return received after the 30 DAY time limit will not be processed.
